I would like to start out this new segment in Nana's Blog with a bang! Sooo, I picked a topic that, despite your age...you will definitely know what I am talking about. Social Media! There are literally thousands social media sites. Here are just a few!

There are a lot more Social Media sites out there than you know. On my many adventures across the internet...I have found Sites that are actually rated up there with Facebook and Twitter. I think that I will start with the first.

Recipe Of The Day

Homeade Lasagna

What You Will Need

1lb Lasagna Noodles (Boiled al-dente)

4lbs Ground meat (your choice)

2 spaghetti spice packets

salt and pepper

shredded cheeses (your choice)

ricotta cheese

2 large cans of spaghetti sauce

diced tomatoes

black olives (optional)

mushrooms (optional)

1 medium onion (diced fine)

How to prepare?

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line oven pan with foil (this is for easy clean up...)

2.) In a large pot, fry up meat and onion, drain off grease and set aside.

3.) In pot mix together...diced maters, spaghetti sauce, seasoning packets, salt and pepper

and also mushrooms and olives...simmer for 5 in.

4.) Add meat and onion, simmer for at least another 5 min.

5.)Remove from heat. 

6.) In oven pan, layer noodles, cheese and meat mixture, starting with the noodles first and ending with noodles and cheese on top.

7.) Bake for 35 min.

8.) Remove from oven and let stand for about 10 min.

Cut, serve and enjoy!
