Step 1:

Find a platform. (Such as: Blogger, Wordpress, etc.)

Step 2:

Pick a niche (something to sell)

Step 3: 

Start advertising your blog and monetize

Step 4: 

Find affiliate pages/enroll in clickbank

Step 5:

Start making money
